This secluded and very private property is located approximately 300 mt from the village of Termini and looks over the enchanting bay from Punta Campanella at the extreme tip of the Sorrento Peninsula. Handy to the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento, this is the closest point to the Isle of Capri, which is the dominating feature of the splendid views enjoyed from the house.
The villa is simple, cosy and fully equipped with stunning views over the sea and Capri from the two bedrooms on the first floor which open onto a shaded balcony, perfect for afternoon siestas.
The living room of the villa which features a live rock wall and open fireplace opens onto a large paved panoramic courtyard and portico area. A further covered outdoor area houses a wood fired barbecue and pizza oven. A short stroll through the lush gardens leads to the swimming pool terrace with stunning views over the sea and Capri. Bocce court (not suitable for small children).
The surrounding area has been recently declared National Park; it is close to a WWF protected zone and is therefore a veritable oasis of peace, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and olive trees. A downhill walk, very steep at the end, starts at the entrance gate and leads to the pebbly beach below.
The road leading to Casetta della Volpe is challenging to drive down due to its steepness and narrowness, but the secluded and private nature of the house makes the effort worthwhile. An alternative parking space can be found at 300 mts from the villa.

Villa is situated near Maiori on a rocky outcropping near a summit overlooking and is surrounded by a thick Mediterranean vegetation cascading down to the sea. Quiet and peacefil position but near many charming coastal towns as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum and others. The interiors (190 m²) are inviting and welcoming, with local stone inserts in the white washed walls, rich terracotta floors and attractive décor. This villa has a generous sea water swimming pool, set in a large panoramic terrace of about 60 m² and reached by a flight of 39 stairs, from which one can enjoy commanding views of the Amalfi Coast down to Capo Conca. On the poolside are sun loungers and a pergola for shade. Access through remote controlled gate, shaded parking for 3 cars.

This villa is a spectacular property located on the Amalfi drive, at only 3 km from the centre of Amalfi, immersed in a vegetation of pine trees and olive groves. The villa boasts marvellous terraced gardens on three levels, all beautifully paved and furnished, vibrant with the colours of bougainvillea pergolas and geraniums overflowing from large terracotta pots. The villa itself is built on two levels (total 450 m²), connected internally by staircases and externally by gentle slopes alternating to wide stepped stairways. The middle terrace is the heart of the house, with a wide pergola and outdoor grill hosting memorable al fresco dinners and drinks. From this area, 15 steps lead down to a further terrace furnished with garden seats and swings; to add to the romance of the place, a marble fountain surrounded by palms and splendid views over the blue sea. Eighteen more steps take down to the third and lower level which hosts the swimming pool; here will be found 2 outdoor showers, more seating and tables for 12 and, again, uninterrupted views over the coast and the sea. Access is through remote-controlled gate from main road onto off-street parking area for two cars. From the swimming pool a private staircase (approx. 35 steps) take to the stairway leading to a Santa Croce public beach ( approx. 200 steps), located directly below the villa (2 restaurants, umbrellas and lounge chairs for hire).
Two good restaurants, which offer a food delivery service to the villa, are situated about 300 m away.
