Villa is located in a residential area of Roches Noires, on the east coast of Mauritius, consisting of several secluded coves with white beaches, ensuring quiet and privacy. The lagoon is several kilometres long and great for swimming and snorkeling. Positioned on a sand bed and surrounded by filaos trees, this vast villa of almost 300 m² is built on a rock platform of 3100 m² situated on the lagoon, a 100 m approximately from the coastline. Access is via a rock and wood bridged causeway. There is an easy access on all sides to the sea. At the front of the house, a small stone stairway takes you down to its own natural bathing pool nested between this and two other closeby islets. Safe and peaceful bathing is assured there. To the East is a little jetty leading to deeper waters for swimming and diving. Villa has a spacious terrace overlooking the lagoon and dining corner, barbecue, comfortable lounge, modern kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms and beautiful tropical garden with direct access to the beach.
