This stunning brand new 900 m² villa is built to a high specification and sits on the headland between Kata Beach and Kata Noi beach, offering peace and serenity. The waters are perfect for swimming and at the north end is a coral reef with many varied corals and fishes which stretches out toward Poo Island., about 1/2 km off shore. The village of Kata is a 2 minute walk away and there are many restaurants and cafes along the beach to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.
No expense has been spared from the the music system to the designer furniture throughout , there are four chic bedrooms having handmade beds and hand crafted Terrazzo baths and a beautiful 100 m² Infinity pool for you to enjoy. The villa includes 4 staff to attend to the guests every needs! For your entertainment there is a 50' Plasma cabled TV, a selection of DVDs and a Sonos music system, (holding approx 80,000 songs), with Bose speakers throughout the villa, so that you can enjoy music no matter where you are, from the Living room to the Salsa. The 12m (gabled ceiling) sitting/dining room has doors that slide back on both sides, giving a relaxing feeling of outdoors whilst relaxing indoors. The four super king bedrooms offer privacy from each other making it perfect for two families. The beds have been specially made for the villa, offering the ultimate in comfort. Each of the four bathrooms has its own hand crafted bath and hand chipped marble basins, two bathrooms have indoor/outdoor shower areas. The living and bedroom areas are fully air conditioned.
From the top terrace, you can enjoy looking through the glass panels at the waterfall and view over to Pu Island and the Andaman Sea, whilst sipping cocktails and listening to the waves crashing below. The Salsa on the pool terrace has a huge swinging day bed so you can lie and also look out at the wonderful sea view. There are two double recliners on the pool terrace allowing you to relax and get a tan. The staff can arrange for massage, hair braiding or a manicure by the pool. Kata beach and Kata Noi beach are just a short walk down the hill, there are many restaurants and cafes along the beach to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.
