The open fireplaces, the traditional beam ceilings, the beautiful terracotta tile floors and the antique furniture give the house an elegant and cosy ambience.
Villa is located within a farming estate which raises premium cattle, but is very distant from the farming activity. The property is completely fenced and surrounded by a huge, magnificent lawn punctuated by mature mulberry, cypresses, elm, fruit and olive trees. A majestic oak dominates the front of the house, while borders of rose and lavender bushes, jasmine vines adorn the front and sides of the beautiful stone exteriors. Outdoor furniture is set on the back terrace and in the garden, while there are some great relaxation and meditation spots scattered around the lawn, such as benches or seats under an elm tree. The apartments each have private patios and garden areas, ideal for relaxing in the shade or enjoying al fresco meals whilst enjoying panoramas of the countryside below. The furnishings and fittings in each apartment are typical of the Italian Tuscan style.
The pool and the surrounding garden are very well kept and completely fenced-in. Situated at the rear of the villa, the swimming pool with hydromassage is finished with mosaic tiles and discretely placed to offer privacy and wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The estate also offers a vegetable garden and orchard, providing guests with fresh produce. Parking area is 20mt from the entrance to each apartment.

This beautiful 350 m² stone house is set in a hectare of fenced gardens in the countryside on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, an area offering magnificent landscapes and proximity to many interesting localities of both regions. Located within one km from motorway A1 and providing easy access to both Florence and Rome directions, it has a wonderful outlook of the surrounding sunflower fields, the nearby hills and Mount Amiata. A long driveway leads down from a small unmade road to the parking area. The gardens are well planted with some large and shady trees to provide ample respite on hot afternoons. The swimming pool is positioned on a slightly lower level than the villa and has grassy sun baking areas and a shaded pergola for those who prefer a little shade. Interiors have been decorated in neutral tones of taupe and are furnished with nice family pieces, enriched with Murano chandeliers. Sleeping accommodation is all upstairs and access is via an internal staircase from the entrance hall or an external staircase. There are five bedrooms each with private bathroom.

Celle sul Rigo is an ancient hamlet with less that 500 inhabitants of the municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni in the province of Siena, a renowned thermal centre in the South of Tuscany.
Il Pozzo has been completely restored to a high standard throughout and has been divided in two symmetrical and intercommunicating apartments, ideal accommodation for two families or two groups of friends, or for use as a single villa. The villa is on two levels, with the kitchens and lounge rooms at ground level, opening to a spacious furnished portico, leading to the garden. The swimming pool is set in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding countryside. A short distance from the pool is a tennis court and five-a-side football pitch that are not part of the farm but can be used by the guests (on request). Only few metres away from the house is the main farm where guests can buy olive oil and local wines. The interiors are well furnished with country style pieces and are typical of a Tuscan farmhouse, with exposed beams and cotto floor tiles

This beautifully restored farmhouse was originally built as two adjoining rural dwellings in the second half of the 18th century and is the centre of a property of over 7ha of woods and olive groves. Located just 3 km up from the thermal town of Monsummano, it has a wonderful outlook over the hills and richly forested valleys of Valdinevole area.
Able to be separated by closing some strategic doors, the villa as a single habitation has a wonderful balance of living space and nicely sized bedrooms. The owners, who live in a separate villa next door have a passion for antiques and have furnished the villa with pieces acquired throughout 30 years of collecting. The traditional cotto floors are decorated with persian carpets and some of the more particular pieces are the beautiful doors of the walk-in wardrobes in two of the bedrooms, the wooden 17th century plaque from a Florentine convent above the door of the larger lounge room and the Empire wardrobes and chests of drawers in two of the bedrooms
The external walls are constructed of local stone typical to the area and the villa opens onto a large garden of 3000m2 comprising lawn areas, shady trees, well maintained gardens and a wisteria covered pergola, perfect for alfresco dining.
On a lower level a swimming pool fitted with an endless spa (swimming treadmill) and jacuzzi overlooks the valley and is surrounded by a well equipped sun terrace. Further down to the right of the pool there is a relax area with a gazebo and chairs. There is also a small children's corner.
