Newly built freestanding Alpine chalet in Courchevel 1650 promises to offer a superb accommodation for up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Whilst being set in a peaceful location, the village centre with shops and restaurants is just a 3 minutes walk away and the main 1650 bubble accessing the Three Valley ski area is aprox. 5 minutes walk. Built into the side of mountain this spacious villa is spread over 4 floors with the whole floor being taken by a wonderful open plan living-dining room with open log fire and a balcony with stunning view over the valley. Additionally there is a mezzanine floor over the living room used as a TV room with extra sofa seating. It has the added benefit of Wellness centre with hammam and hot-tub. Villa is run by 1 person who lives out.
Courchevel in the Three Valleys has the reputation of being one of the world's leading ski resorts offering fantastic opportunities for all levels of skier. Forming part of the vast Three Valleys ski area which includes Meribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires, it has beautifully groomed wide open pistes for the beginner, plenty of challenging skiing for the experts and a huge range of intermediate pistes in between. With the modern and fast-moving lift system, access to anywhere in the area is extremely easy and ensures the maximum amount of skiing time.
Courchevel itself is made of four villages – 1850, 1650, 1550 and Le Praz. Our villas are situated in the most well-known cosmopolitan level of 1850 and the increasingtly populár village 1650 with plenty of excellent restaurants, lively bars and nightspots. Both 1850 and 1650 have extremely efficient lift system and offer excellent direct ski or bus link into the other levels of Courchevel, La Tania, Meribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires.
