This beautiful Highland Home is situated in a private estate on a quiet road with magnificent views of the Ten Mile Range, in a quiet location only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Breckenridge town, an attractive148 year old Victorian town in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The house is surrounded by an acre of it's own grounds and consists of 4 luxurious double bedrooms all with private bathrooms and a single bedroom. The ground floor accommodation consists of a Great Room with polished wood floors and a fireplace, an open plan kitchen and dining area, a study/library and a master bedroom with en suite facilities. Stairs lead from the Great Room to the lower ground floor with a Family Room that features a large screen TV/DVD and a wet bar. Also located on this floor are two double bedrooms each with private bathroom and a single bedroom with seperate access to the bathroom of one of the double bedrooms. An extremely spacious Junior Suite with private bathroom and sitting area is located on the upper floor. The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, utilising a double sofa bed in the Family room and a roll-a-way bed. The villa features some luxurious additions such as a PC with internet access and a hot tub on the garden terrace, so at the end of an active and energetic day you can head out to the terrace and let the warm waters and massage jets of the stylish hot tub soothe your weary muscles. The garage can accommodate 2 cars.

The Breckenridge Ski Resort is spread out on the spine of the Ten Mile Range which stretches from Hoosier pass to Frisco with 10 miles of beautiful snow capped peaks. Breckenridge Ski Resort is 10 minutes drive away and has access to Peaks 7, 8 & 9, up to 3.963 m. Another ski resorts are Copper Mountain (25 min. drive, up to 3.767 m), Vail (45 min. drive,up to 3.527 m) or Aspen (2.5 h drive, up to 3.418 m).
