Fantastic traditional savoyarde villa (next door to COU1217) built in old wood and stone is situated in the heart of the old village of Courchevel 1650. It is situated just 200m from the centre of the village and nearest ski lifts which link into the huge Three Valleys circuit. Built in savoyarde style retaining many of the original features found in the old village of Moriond/Courchevel 1650. Laid over three floors furnished to a high standard, it offers superb, spacious accommodation for up to 9 guests and a lovely open-plan living/dining room with an open fireplace and large balcony with fantastic far-reaching views across the valley. It also has the added advantage of an extra TV room and hammam in which to relax and wind down after a hard day on the slopes and all bedrooms have private bath/shower-rooms. Floor area approx. 225 m². Villa is run by 2 persons who live in a separate apartment below the villa.
Courchevel in the Three Valleys has the reputation of being one of the world's leading ski resorts offering fantastic opportunities for all levels of skier. Forming part of the vast Three Valleys ski area which includes Meribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires, it has beautifully groomed wide open pistes for the beginner, plenty of challenging skiing for the experts and a huge range of intermediate pistes in between. With the modern and fast-moving lift system, access to anywhere in the area is extremely easy and ensures the maximum amount of skiing time.
Courchevel itself is made of four villages – 1850, 1650, 1550 and Le Praz. Our villas are situated in the most well-known cosmopolitan level of 1850 and the increasingtly popular village 1650 with plenty of excellent restaurants, lively bars and nightspots. Both 1850 and 1650 have extremely efficient lift system and offer excellent direct ski or bus link into the other levels of Courchevel, La Tania, Meribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires.
