Superb freestanding farmhouse style villa in central Val d´Isere, skiing area Espace Killy. Built in traditional Savoyarde wood and stone, many of the original features have been lovingly restored by the current owner so this combined with personal Alpine touches and decoration really does make for the perfect archytipal chalet holiday experience. There is a wonderful huge living/dining room with plenty of comfortable sofa seating, antique dining table, large corner log fire and a lovely balcony. The villa has added advantage of an indoor jacuzzi in which to relax after a hard day on the piste. Whilst the villa is considered full for 12 people in 6 bedrooms, there is an additional twin bunk room which can be used for another 2 persons at a surcharge. Floor area approx. 300m², car parking. The village centre is a short stroll and the main Bellevarde/Solaise lifts are a simple 5 minutes flat walk away. Villa is run by one couple who live out.
Espace Killy skiing area offers over 300 km of marked runs and unlimited off piste skiing. Val d´Isere and its neighbouring resort of Tignes makes it an ideal location for skiers and boarders of all abilities to find something which satisfies all. Val d´Isere is renouned for its lively apres ski scene with around 20 different bars and over 60 restaurants, indoor swimming pool, skidoo-ing, fitness centre, paparpenting, ice-climing, ice ring, ice-diving, husky rides and snow-showing…
