Wonderful traditional freestanding villa situated just above the Verbier village center, 1600 m above sea level. Built from lovely old wood, it oozes Swiss Alpine charm and offers really comfortable accommodation in traditional yet modern surroundings. Spacious accommodation over 3 floors (floor area approx. 180m²) with a large open plan living / dining room with a wood burner. It also boats a large terrace overlooking the village with stunning views of the valley beyond. Enjoy late afternoon winter sun before relaxing front of the fire for a pre-dinner DVD. Ski/boot room with heated boot rack. Villa is situated just 5 minutes walk from the Savoleyres lift with a bus stop close by to take you down to the village center and its many shops, local bars and restaurants. It is run by one Chalet Host.
Verbier, with access to vast area of 4 Valleys, is legendary for its outstanding skiing and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Positioned on a sun-drenched south-west facing plateau, the town centre retains a special charm from the chalet-style buildings that give it a large Alpine village feel in its own natural setting. The apres-ski and nightlife is one of Verbier's great draws and amongst numerous bars and restaurants, you should try favourites such as Chez Dani, Casbah and of course the infamous Farm Club. Resort activities are plentiful and range from an English cinema, fantastic sports centre with indoor swimming pool, ice-skating, curling and squash to a number of Wellness Centres in which to enjoy massages, solarium or sauna.
